Created by hand in our London studio, our Heel Support Insoles for Flat Shoes prevent sore heels when you have a day on your feet. Our podiatrist-grade padding sits directly under your heel and prevents that burning feeling from a day pounding the pavement. (They may also be helpful if you suffer from plantar fasciitis or if your ankles rub against the back of your shoes.)
Made to last and with sticky spots holding the insoles in place, our insoles help make every day a great shoe day!
All our insoles are made for fitted shoes, so we recommend going up a size if you plan to wear your insoles in looser flat shoes (i.e. boots with a larger, rounder toe area).

Our insoles are shaped for fitted shoes. If you are ordering them to use in looser shoes (i.e. trainers or chunky boots), we recommend you go up to the next size.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail/USPS. Our shipping is charged as follows:
UK - £3.00 standard (free standard shipping for orders over £50), £7.00 tracked
Europe - £4.00 (free standard shipping for orders over €50), £8.00 tracked
USA - £6.00 tracked (free shipping for orders over £50)
Rest of World - £6.00 (free standard shipping for orders over £50), £10.00 tracked
All orders are shipped from our London studio, with the exception of USA orders which are shipped from our USA warehouse.
For customers outside of the UK, please remember that you may be subject to local country tax and duty.
As there can be delays going through customs, please bear in mind that when selecting 'Standard Shipping' for Europe and ROW you will need to wait up to 25 working days from when the parcel has left the studio for the items to be declared as lost.
