Scissors - place around ankles and stand with feet as wide as the band allows without stretching. Raise your right leg out to the side and then bring back in. Repeat 10 times on each side.
Feet Flex - sit down on the floor and place the resistance band around your ankles, with legs as wide as the band allows - with a little stretch on the band. Flex feet and hold for 5 seconds and then release, bring your toes towards your body. Repeat 10 times.
