Heel Support Insoles for Flat Shoes

Form and function combined, Alice Bow insoles look great and feel great.
Heel Support Insoles for Flat Shoes prevent sore heels when you have a day on your feet. Our podiatrist-grade padding sits directly under your heel and prevents that burning feeling from a day pounding the pavement. These heel pads will keep the bounce in your step on even the longest days!
(They may also be helpful if you suffer from plantar fasciitis or if your ankles rub against the back of your shoes.)
Made to last and with sticky spots holding the insoles in place, our insoles help make every day a great shoe day!
All our insoles are made for fitted shoes, so we recommend going up a size if you plan to wear your insoles in looser flat shoes (i.e. boots with a larger, rounder toe area). Shaped at the front, so can be worn with open toed shoes.

FAQs
Our full insoles are designed to work in most shoes that have a full insole in place already. This includes flats, brogues, boots, and some trainers. It doesn't include shoes with an inbuilt arch or moulded footbed (like Birkenstocks or some trainers). If the existing insole can be taken out (it is glued in), then you may be able to replace it with ours.
Our Half Insoles are specifically designed for heels. They provide a cushioning layer under the ball of your foot while leaving plenty of space in the toe area. You can also wear them in other styles of shoe.
Our insoles come in Small (UK 2–4), Medium (UK 5–6.5), and Large (UK 7–9). If you are between sizes or your shoes are tight-fitting, size down.
Sometimes! Full insoles can be trimmed to fit. Trim only from the toe area using sharp scissors, and a little at a time. Half insoles do not need trimming.
