EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We expect you'll love our Alice Bow insoles, but - if you're unhappy for whatever reason - you are welcome to return them within 90 days of expected delivery.  This includes if you have worn them. 

For all other items, returns are accepted within 90 days of expected receipt if the product is unused and in saleable condition. Please note - seconds and sample sale items are final and non-refundable.

To return items for refund or exchange:

    1. Place the insoles in the original shipping envelope, or any other envelope that will adequately protect the insoles (i.e. padded or hard card)
    2. Make a note explaining if you would like a return or exchange.  If it's exchange, do let us know what you would like us to send to you instead!
    3. Any questions, just email us at hello@alicebow.com
    4. Address the envelope to our London studio and pop it in your nearest postbox.

Exchanges

Purchased items are exchangable for a different style, size and/or colour.  All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge.  It is very important that you let us know exactly what you would like to exchange for so we can get them out to you as quickly as possible.  

Refunds

Your refund will be credited via the original payment method.  Additional local country tax and duties will not be refunded.

Alice Bow quality guarantee

We work with small manufacturers in Italy and Spain to source the materials to produce high quality insoles.  Leather is a natural product and can be expected to change over time (i.e. crease, lose colour).  Our padding is high quality and can be expected to keep its bounce even after extensive wear. 

If you believe your insoles have been damaged during transport or have manufacturing faults, please contact us as soon as you notice - hello@alicebow.com
